Stephanie Bernhard, JF '16, debuts her novel at The Bridge PAI's Reading Series in Charlottesville

Stephanie Bernhard, JF ‘16, has long been interested in agriculture and climate. In her new novel, which is centered around a small organic farm in Maine, she marries these interests with her love for the written word. She says, “In our contemporary world we’re facing a tremendous extinction because of things like climate change, and there’s also a great agricultural extinction already going on because so much of our food comes from big corporations.” Read more about Stephanie’s background here and the event where she will present her latest work here.
