Jefferson Fellow alumna receives prestigious fellowship from the American Association for the Advancement of Science

Courtney Hill earned her Ph.D. from UVA’s School of Engineering and Applied Science in 2020 as the Jefferson Scholars Foundation’s Olive B. and Franklin C. Mac Krell Jefferson Fellow. Recently, she was selected to receive another prestigious fellowship.
As a Science & Technology Policy Fellow funded by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), Courtney will play an integral role in fulfilling AAAS’s mission to advance science and serve society through science policy, diplomacy, and public engagement.
