Jefferson Fellow alumna and team of UVA researchers launch study to expand H-2A visa program

Kathryn Babineau, the Groundbreakers Jefferson Fellow who received her Ph.D. in sociology, is among a group of UVA researchers working to help the USDA expand and improve the H-2A program while averting a looming crisis for America’s growers and the nation’s food supply.
