Fourth-year Jefferson Scholar puts money back in community members' pockets as the head of Madison House program

As the program director of CASH (Creating Assets, Savings & Hope), Margot Seidel leads a key initiative at UVA’s Madison House, overseeing a team of volunteers that provides free tax preparation services for households throughout the Charlottesville area. This year, under Margot’s leadership, CASH will operate three different tax filing locations for five days per week.
