Scholar alumna makes the 2024 Forbes ‘30 Under 30’ List

Marisa Reddy, the Heimann Family Jefferson Scholar from the Class of 2016, is one of five UVA alumni on the 2024 Forbes “30 Under 30” list. The success of Marisa’s startup, Conduit Tech, which supports HVAC contractors and encourages them to create energy-efficient and sustainable homes, is what put her on this year’s list. Marissa launched Conduit Tech in 2022 with the help of a $35,000 grant from the Foundation’s Exploratory Fund.
