Seton Marshall is President and Chief Operating Officer of Arlington Capital Advisors, a boutique investment bank that specializes in providing middle-market consumer businesses with advisory services. Seton joined Arlington in 2018. Prior to Arlington, Seton was a Principal at New Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Birmingham, AL. While at NCP, Seton was responsible for principal investing as well as managing the business development team and analyzing investment opportunities in NCP’s chosen markets. Prior to NCP, Seton was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Eos Airlines. While with Eos, Seton ran the financial planning group and raised a private secondary offering for the airline. Prior to Eos, Seton was an Associate in the Restructuring Group of Lazard. During his time at Lazard, Seton worked on a range of complex restructuring and corporate finance transactions in both the New York and London offices.

Seton earned a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering at Princeton University and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia. He lives in Birmingham with his wife and three children.
