Caroline has over a decade of experience delivering impact to organizations from the education sector to professional services. She currently serves as a Senior Manager in the Deloitte Center for Board Effectiveness, helping to lead Deloitte’s boardroom programs that support corporate boards and directors in fulfilling their governance-related responsibilities. She drives business performance and growth by leveraging her client-facing experience with workshop development and facilitation, strategy and transformations, process improvement and expert project management. She recently completed a three-year term as the chief of staff for the chief inclusion officer for Deloitte US, where she supported Deloitte’s strategy to recruit, develop, and promote a diverse workforce and foster an inclusive environment where leaders connect, belong, and grow. Caroline received her M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business in 2011.
