Scholar alumna's revival of "Into the Woods" makes its way to Broadway

Lear deBessonet, the James J. Bailey III Jefferson Scholar from the class of 2002, has been making a mark on the New York City theatre scene for two decades. The Obie Award-winning director is the founder of Public Works and resident director at The Public Theatre. Her most recent work, a highly celebrated production of Into the Woods, recently made its way to Broadway.
