Scholar alumna finds new ways to connect with high school students during pandemic

After graduating from U.Va. last spring, Jordan Arnold, the Mary Tilman Corson Jefferson Scholar, joined the Virginia College Advising Corps and began working with students at Covington High School, helping them through the college application process. When schools began cancelling in-person classes due to COVID-19, Jordan and her fellow college advisors had to get creative and find new ways to connect with and help their students.
