Kristen Gunther, JF '09, helps pave the way for women in private equity

After graduating from U.Va.’s Darden School of Business in 2009, Jefferson Fellow alumna Kristin Gunther took the plunge and entered into the male-dominated field of private equity. Today she has managed to emerge as a leader in her firm and is a vice president at Revolution Growth, where she invests in business ventures valued above $25 million. Recently she returned to Grounds to participate as a speaker at Darden’s annual Private Equity Conference, sponsored by the student-run Private Equity Club.
