Foundation professor takes new approach to training next generation of historians

Since joining UVA’s Corcoran Department of History in 2019, Christa Dierksheide has made a name for herself, emerging as a formidable voice on the life and legacy of Thomas Jefferson, the Founding Era, and race and slavery.
