City of Chattanooga names street in memory of Jefferson Scholar alumna Glynn Key

The City of Chattanooga officially has adopted a new street name in memory of Jefferson Scholar alumna Glynn Key. Chattanooga’s City Council authorized the Department of Transportation to commission new signage naming a portion of Oak Street and Shallowford Road “Glynn D. Key Way.” Glynn, whose hometown was Chattanooga, had a tremendous impact on the University both as a student and as an alumna before she died in 2014.
