Best-selling author and professor of ethical leadership at NYU, Jonathan Haidt, invited to speak to the U.Va. community
The Jefferson Scholars Foundation and the Shadwell Society present the 4th annual Shadwell Speaker Series featuring Jonathan Haidt on Friday, October 20 at 6 pm in the Abbott Center Auditorium at U.Va.’s Darden School of Business. Haidt is the Thomas Cooley Professor of Ethical Leadership at New York University’s Stern School of Business and the New York Times best-selling author of The Righteous Mind: Why Good People are Divided by Politics and Religion. Haidt will discuss the current political climate in the U.S. with a talk entitled “America’s Escalating Outrage: Why is it Happening and How Can We Reverse It?”
