Jefferson Scholar alumna Melissa Murray selected as a 2017 JeffTalks speaker

September 29, 2017

JeffTalks, a new signature speaker series, gives members of the JSF alumni community an opportunity to deliver a 15-minute talk on a topic of his or her choosing, with Q&A to follow. The Foundation intends to host JeffTalks in various cities across the country in 2017-18. The first talk will take place on Thursday, November 9 at 7 pm at the Yale Club in New York City, and will feature professor of law and former interim dean at UC Berkeley Law, Melissa Murray (JS ‘97).

Melissa has spent nearly two decades focusing on constitutional law, reproductive rights and justice, law and sexuality, and criminal law. She is currently a visiting professor at NYU Law. Click here to read her full bio.
