U.Va.’s Olympic Torchbearer

UVa Today (Aug 11, 2008) | Do you have Olympic fever yet? And after last night’s amazing swimming relay gold medal for the U.S., how can you not? In that same Olympic spirit, last week UVa Today wrote about entering first-year student and Jefferson Scholar Yolanda Yixiao Min, who carried the Olympic torch on Wed., Aug. 8. Well, she’s reported back with some excellent photos and a description of this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
